
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and sell wireless phones.
- Deliver a quality sales presentation, qualify the customer into the right phone and service for them
- Answer questions about technology, product innovations and promotions
- Build rapport with the retail locations salespeople
Primary Duties
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Ensure 100% compliance to schedule/assignment
- Forward information to appropriate channels to ensure good customer service
- Maintain the retail location displays and collateral materials
- Stay current on product and industry changes
- Be creative in problem-solving to resolve conflicts to the customer's satisfaction
- Adhere to carrier’s dress code requirements
- Attend all required training sessions
- Carry required phone/materials during retailer visits
- Report daily sales results and other pertinent information (i.e. ESN, inventory, hours worked, etc.)
- Attend weekly calls with the team to discuss weekly results, incentive plans, expectations, and success stories
Qualifications
- Previous consumer sales experience is a plus!
- Experience performing product demonstrations/sales presentations to groups
- Knowledge of cell mobile cell phones and service providers.
- Ability to travel to specified store locations within market/area
