Primary Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and sell wireless phones.
  • Deliver a quality sales presentation, qualify the customer into the right phone and service for them
  • Answer questions about technology, product innovations and promotions
  • Build rapport with the retail locations salespeople

Primary Duties
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Ensure 100% compliance to schedule/assignment
  • Forward information to appropriate channels to ensure good customer service
  • Maintain the retail location displays and collateral materials
  • Stay current on product and industry changes
  • Be creative in problem-solving to resolve conflicts to the customer's satisfaction
  • Adhere to carrier’s dress code requirements
  • Attend all required training sessions
  • Carry required phone/materials during retailer visits
  • Report daily sales results and other pertinent information (i.e. ESN, inventory, hours worked, etc.)
  • Attend weekly calls with the team to discuss weekly results, incentive plans, expectations, and success stories

Qualifications
  • Previous consumer sales experience is a plus!
  • Experience performing product demonstrations/sales presentations to groups
  • Knowledge of cell mobile cell phones and service providers.
  • Ability to travel to specified store locations within market/area
